Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship.

Our warranty is valid for 5 years from the year we made it, and it covers any defects that are a result of faulty materials or workmanship. This includes defects such as stitching that comes undone, snaps that break, or leather that cracks or tears. As an example, if your product was made in 2022, you are covered through 2026.
If you experience any issues with your product within the warranty period, simply contact us with your order information, a picture of the issue and makers mark (stamped logo) and we will be happy to assist you. Depending on the issue, we may offer a repair or replacement at our discretion.
Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accident. Additionally, any modifications or alterations made to the product by a third party will void the warranty.

As a small business based in the USA, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept foreign sales tax. Any taxes and customs charges that may be incurred upon the arrival of your package in your country are solely your responsibility.
For your convenience, we will ship your order using either USPS or UPS and will provide you with a tracking number via email to keep you updated on the status of your shipment. Please note that the shipping cost does not include any additional taxes or fees that may be levied by your country’s customs department.
